David Counter - Head Groundsman
(Scroll down for Next Working Bees)

It almost seems that David 'lives' to work on our fields to have them looking so fantastic.
Some days, you can catch David at the field working at 6am and not leaving until late in the day/evening.
Some would say, "he needs to get a life" , but where would we be without him?
Not only is David our Head Groundsman, he is also a Level 1 Umpire and makes himself available to umpire whenever he is asked,
which is, yep, you guessed it, every weekend.
Several times a year we hold a Working Bee to get things up to scratch for upcoming tournaments and events. We would like to ask that as many volunteers as possible give a hand where they can at the Working Bees, as we have so many talented people within our club, we can use all your trade talents and skills.
WORKING BEE
There will be a Working Bee at the club on Sunday 11th April to prepare both fields for the upcoming season.
There are a number of jobs that need attention and if we can get a Big turnout, we should be able to get these done in a few hours.
Working Bee starts at 9am
SEE YOU ALL THERE
